Fulfilling your orders on eShipper is fast and easy:

1. Log into eShipper
2. Under the ‘eCommerce’ tab on the left side toolbar, click on ‘Orders’
3. Click on the ‘Ship’ button drop down next to the order you want to fulfill, then click ‘Ship’
4. Check that the shipping information is correct, then click ‘Submit’ for rates
5. Select your preferred rate, then click ‘Next’
6. Schedule a date and time for your pickup

Yes, you can ship up to 20 orders at once.

1. Under the ‘eCommerce’ tab on the left side toolbar, click on ‘Orders’
2. Select 'All' from the checkbox on the top right of the table
3. Click the 3 dots on the top right of the page
4. Click ‘Auto Ship’
5. This automatically downloads all the labels ready to print

1. Under the ‘eCommerce’ tab on the left side toolbar, click on ‘Orders’
2. Click the 3 dots on the right side of the order, then click ‘Download Label’
3. Print the label

Yes you can, however, your products are automatically synced with eShipper once you integrate your store. You will need to include your dimensions for each product. Just click on the product and update it’s details.

If you need to upload a product:

1. Under the ‘eCommerce’ tab on the left side toolbar, click on ‘Products’
2. Click on 'UPLOAD' at the top right of the screen
3. Download the template and update your information
4. Click ‘Add Files’ to upload your CSV file
5. Click ‘Add'

1. Under the ‘eCommerce’ tab on the left side toolbar, click on ‘Orders’
2. Click the 3 dots on the right side of the order, then click ‘Packing List’

You can input dimensions and weight individually however if you have multiple products with the same dimensions and weight there is an easier process to accomplish this.

1. Click on the ‘eCommerce’ button on the left side toolbar, then click ‘Box Manager’ in the dropdown
2. Click on the + icon on the bottom right
3. Add your dimensions and description of the box. If you have 5 different boxes, you will complete this step 5 times.

This creates an automation rule. Every time a new order is pulled, the system will automatically choose the best box for the order.
